The user manual for v1.9 has been added to the system

V1.9 of teh Support Portal has bveen installed.

This includes the ability to filter on ticket groups in "Advanced Filter" 

28th November 2011 - we have upgraded the Support Portal to the latest version. This has a number of new features, primarily to allow use of "Ticket Groups". These allow users in a group to see one anothers tickets. We have set up each customer as a Group, so that where a customer has subsidiaries they will see all the group tickets. As part of the initial configuration, we have allowed everyone to see and edit group tickets. These permissions can be changed for individual users (e.g. make view only), so if you want these changed let us know by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Version 1.4 of the Support Portal Manual is released on October 10th 2011

We are pleased to announce our new support portal at www.henleyissupport.com is now live

Users can logon to the support portal via the support option on the standard henleyis website (www.henleyis.net) or direct from the above link

Users can log support tickets , register and track all tickets they have raised

When tickets are assigned, re-assigned and eventually closed, the HenleyIS person assigned to ticket and the customer logging the ticket are automatically kept informed via emals generated from the portal

Why not register now ?

Coming soon - We are working on other enhancements which will depend on data from live tickets.

These include - a knowledgebase and FAQs - both of which will help customers to solve problems without logging a support ticket
